These Terms govern your use of merlionagency.com (the “Site”), operated by Merlion Agency, a web design and development agency run by Gerwyn Sim and based in Singapore. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The website

The Site is provided for general information about my services and work. I may update, change, or remove content at any time without notice.

You agree to use the Site lawfully, and not to:

• Misuse it or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it;
• Disrupt or interfere with its normal operation; or
• Use it to infringe the rights of others or for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the design, text, and graphics on this Site are owned by Merlion Agency and protected by applicable laws. Client names, logos, and project screenshots shown in my portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed to illustrate my work. Please don't copy or reuse Site content without my permission.

Projects and quotes

The Site itself is not an offer or a contract. Any work I do for you is governed by a separate written quote or agreement, which sets out the scope, deliverables, fixed price, timeline, revisions, and payment terms. Any prices shown or implied on the Site are indicative only and are confirmed in your individual quote.

No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. While I aim to keep it accurate and available, I make no warranties of any kind about its accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merlion Agency will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites and tools (such as Calendly or WhatsApp). I'm not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

Privacy

My handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them or from your use of the Site.

Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
